AIORG Unleashes New AI Voice Agent for Medical, Aesthetic, Wellness and Dental Clinics

AIORG, a Thai-based AGI research company and AI Agent provider has launched a new generation of AI-powered voice agents designed specifically for medical, aesthetic, wellness, and dental clinics, promising to automate a substantial portion of patient communications while helping clinics manage inquiries, appointments, treatment information, and administrative workflows.

The newly released system combines conversational voice technology with a prebuilt knowledge-based module that can be adapted to individual clinics.

Rather than functioning as a basic automated telephone menu, the AI voice agent is designed to conduct more natural conversations, understand patient questions, provide relevant responses, and ask follow-up questions to better determine what callers need. The AI voice agent also does bookings, follow-ups, reminders, billings and maintains patients records and data. The voice can agent can be adjusted to handle a number of languages depending on the clinic’s requirements.

Turning Clinic Information into An AI Knowledge Base
One of the platform's key features is its ability to integrate with an existing clinic website. The system can extract publicly available information from the clinic's website and use that material to help construct its customized knowledge base.
This means clinics can potentially deploy an agent familiar with their treatments, services, packages, operating information, and other patient-facing content without manually entering every piece of information. The set up only takes a few minutes.

The agent can answer incoming inquiries, assist with appointment bookings, explain available treatment protocols, provide pricing information when configured to do so, and issue reminders. More advanced deployments can also be connected with electronic health record systems and other clinic management infrastructure, subject to the clinic's configuration and appropriate privacy safeguards.

According to AIORG, the technology can use humanlike speech and conversational probing to narrow down a patient's requirements. It can also identify relevant services or packages that may benefit a caller, potentially creating ethical upselling opportunities where recommendations remain appropriate to the patient's expressed needs.

More Than a Telephone Answering System
The broader objective is to create an AI interface capable of handling repetitive patient communication while allowing human clinic personnel to concentrate on cases requiring clinical judgment or personalized attention.

Customized versions at additional costs can incorporate additional CRM functionality and support workflows involving billing information, prescriptions, treatment histories, and other administrative data. Such integrations would require additional development and would depend on the systems already being used by each clinic.

For clinics dealing with large numbers of repetitive questi ons about treatments, prices, appointments, preparation requirements, follow-up procedures, and opening hours, an always-available conversational system could reduce pressure on reception teams.

As highlighted in this Thailand Medical News report, however, AI systems handling healthcare-related communications need clearly defined boundaries so that administrative assistance and informational support are not confused with medical diagnosis or professional clinical advice.

Entry Pricing Targets Smaller Clinics
AIORG says introductory packages for a limited promotional period till the end of 2026 start at US$189, excluding installation. Clinics with their own web development teams can handle installation themselves, while AIORG can provide installation for a stated nominal fee of US$80.

Computing costs through supporting AI platforms are free for the first two months within a predetermined usage allocation. After that introductory period, estimated monthly computing expenses range from approximately US$30 to US$300 depending on usage.

This pricing structure could make advanced voice automation accessible to smaller independent clinics that may previously have regarded customized conversational AI as technology primarily available to large hospital groups or healthcare corporations.

Built With Thai Privacy Requirements and Legal Compliance in Mind
AIORG says the system was developed with compliance considerations involving Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and healthcare privacy requirements, including the National Health Act B.E. 2550-2007 and relevant regulations governing the protection and management of personal health information.

Compliance remains particularly important because voice agents connected to EHRs, treatment histories, prescriptions, or billing systems may potentially process sensitive personal and health information. Clinics deploying such technology therefore need appropriate access controls, data governance, consent processes, security measures, and human oversight.

Research Experience Behind the Voice Agent
The voice agents were developed by Alex Montoya, AIORG's Bangkok-based Chief AI Research Officer, advanced AI beta tester, and AGI researcher. His work spans intelligent systems, autonomous agents, secure prototypes, usability, safeguards, and evaluations of differences between intended and actual AI behavior.

Montoya's earlier professional experience included tourism, luxury services, customer experience, and product-quality evaluation. He later completed an MBA at GLOBIS University in Japan, combining strategic market analysis with research involving creativity, forecasting, retail, luxury, and consumer products.

Since 2020, he has also advocated greater Thai-language inclusion in advanced AI evaluation, an important consideration for systems intended to interact naturally with patients in Thailand.

AI Voice Agents Could Reshape Clinic Front Desks
The significance of AIORG's launch will ultimately depend on real-world reliability, integration quality, privacy safeguards, and how effectively clinics maintain human oversight. If deployed responsibly, however, sophisticated voice agents could reduce repetitive administrative workloads, improve response times, extend patient support beyond normal operating hours, and give smaller clinics access to increasingly capable automation without requiring large technology departments.

To date, more than 378 clinics across Thailand are using this AI Voice Agents and the product is taking off in Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong with a launch scheduled in Europe, North and South America in January 2027.
