15 New Coronavirus Cases In South Korea and 2 New Cases In Japan In Last 24 Hours Including Second Fatality In Hongkong

South Korea reported 15 news cases of individuals infected with the new
coronavirus bringing its total number of cases in the country to 46.
11 cases were linked to what is known as a ‘super-spreader’, a 61 year old woman from Daegu province who passed the
coronavirus to other worshippers in the church that she attended.
According to sources, there are about another 420 suspected cases being investigated in the country.
Meanwhile in Japan, another two more
coronavirus infected cases was confirmed,The new cases include a teenager in Wakayama and a male doctor in his thirties who went on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship. The doctor is a member of the disaster medical assistance team.
Japan’s total cases of coronavirus cases stands at 76 but hundreds more in Tokyo and other provinces are being classified as suspected cases and are being investigated.
Many epidemiologists are speculating that Japan could end up being a
coronavirus epicenter outside China based on travel and epidemiology studies and models.
Many countries have also imposed health screenings of all arrivals from Japan.
Hong Kong that has 62 cases so far announced that a second death has occurred. A 70 year old Hong Kong male had succumbed to the Covid-19 disease.
So far the total number of
coronavirus cases outside China has now crossed the 1,000 mark and stands at 1030 cases spanning 28 countries with Singapore and Japan leading with the most cases.
However, there are more than 32,178 suspected cases worldwide spanning 114 countries as off the last 24 hours that are being investigated.
Majority are in South American countries, Myanmar , Vietnam and even the US.
WHO and international media outlets have made no mention of this so far.
