U.S. COVID-19 News: Despite attempts by the Biden administration to conceal the actual COVID-19 scenario in the United States, the degree of severity and mortality the new BA.4.6 variant and also the various BA.5 sub-lineages is causing, prevents the degree of seriousness the country is going to be in this coming fall and winter from being not reported.

In the last 24 hours despite only 29 states out of 50 states reporting daily COVID-19 data, the accumulative new infections of more than 98,500 and 832 deaths in the last 24 hours is a worrying sign.
Hospitalizations are also increasing not only in the 29 states but also elsewhere according to local physicians and healthcare chains.

U.S. COVID-19 News outlets are also reporting that individuals exhibiting symptomatic COVID-19 infections are increasing in many parts of the country. Typical symptoms of fever, sore throats, cough, neck pain, headaches, body pain, fatigue, diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues are being seen in many of the infected.
The current surge is being driven by the BA.4.6 variants and also various new BA.5 sub-lineages like the BA.5.1 BA.5.2, BA.5.2.1, BA.5.7 which are all known to be more immune evasive and also pathogenic.

Even with existing data and a high degree of optimism, current modeling platforms utilized by even the U.S. CDC shows that COVID-19 death rates are going to be increasing in the United States in coming weeks.

But what is more worrying is that the BA.2.75 variant and its whole list of ever emerging sub-lineages such including the BA.2.75.2 is expected to catch up very past in this current surge, leaving many with very little respite from getting re-infected with them.
Already the BA.2.75 variant is worrisome as it even more fusogenic and immune evasive with a greater potential to cause disease severity in those infected. It also exhibits a greater tropism towards
the lungs and has better potential to cause ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome), requiring the infected to be on ventilators.

However, researchers have never witnessed the unprecedented rapid rate of evolution and mutations taking place in viruses as seen in the BA.2.75 variant that is spawning a variety of sub-lineages including the BA.2.75.2 sub-lineage.
The BA.2.75.2 sub-lineage is feared to contribute to an exponential rise in mortality in the surge it causes as already various studies are showing that not only it is more immune evasive with literally none of the existing monoclonal drugs effective against it except Bebtelovimab to a certain degree. (The sub-lineage is still evolving and mutating and will ultimately evade it as well!). Previous infection with the BA.5 variant accords no protection against the BA.2.75.2 sub-lineages and even other emerging sub-lineages like the BA.2.75.3, BA.2.75.4, BA.2.75.5, BA.2.75.6 and also the BM.1, BM.1.1, BN.1, BN.2 and BR.1 sub-lineages etc!

It is safe to even say that the new boosters with the updated spike variants in them that were tested on 8 mice might not even offer any protection against these newer 2.75 sub-lineages that are expected to be predominant in circulation in coming fall and winter season.
The same can also be said can also be said of all the existing garbage antivirals approved by the U.S. FDA such as Remdesivir, Paxlovid and also Molnupiravir.
Ironically and hilariously, the idiots at the WHO only a few days ago told media that the COVID-19 pandemic end is near and that the world has tools to deal with suppressing the pandemic. (What tools the idiots were referring to we are still not sure!)

With many already having a COVID-19 induced dysfunctional immune system and worse, some literally being immunodeficient, the re-infections that are going to come at very short intervals are really going to impact many this time and the various medical conditions that are expected to arise is going to make Long COVID an even more serious condition than just the SARS-CoV-2 infection!
Many do not even know, that in the next few surges, many infected will be only mildly symptomatic at first if they are not in the vulnerable groups ie aged obese, young, immunocompromised or those with existing comorbidities….however their health conditions will deteriorate faster at a later stage and they will be vulnerable to various fatal outcomes due to heart failures, strokes, kidney failures, sepsis, organ failures and aggressive cancers etc.
The excess death rates will be important figures to look at constantly.
Meanwhile, many of the stupids in the United States and also elsewhere in the world are still living in denial and are also assuming the worse is over and often label sites like us being fear mongers despite our main aim is to simply warn people and for them to take additional precautions for themselves and their loved ones.
This coming fall and winter is going to be catastrophic and it is expected that we are going to see death rates that we have never seen before.
